Small Bites & Sound Bites™ Event Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and attending Small Bites & Sound Bites™, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All Sales Are Final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please confirm your availability before purchasing, as no refunds will be issued due to scheduling conflicts, illness, or personal circumstances. By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card provider or financial institution. Any attempt to reverse a payment will be considered a breach of these terms. 

2. Media Release & Consent to Recording. This event will be recorded and photographed. By entering the event venue, you grant permission to L. Bell Productions and its partners to capture and use your image, voice, and likeness in video, audio, and photographic content for promotional, archival, and storytelling purposes. These materials may be used across marketing platforms, including social media, websites, and print publications, without compensation or further notice. If you do not wish to be recorded or photographed, we respectfully ask that you refrain from attending the event. 

3. Event Modifications or Cancellation. L. Bell Productions reserves the right to modify event details, including time, location, featured guests, or format. In the unlikely event of cancellation, the organizer will communicate next steps, including the possibility of rescheduling or issuing credit. Refunds will not be guaranteed unless initiated by the organizer. 

4. Health & Safety Notice. By attending this event, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk. L. Bell Productions is not liable for any illness, injury, or loss sustained during the event. 

5. Dietary Disclaimer. Curated small bites are prepared by local chefs with care and intentionality. While we strive to accommodate dietary preferences, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Guests with food allergies or dietary sensitivities should use discretion and are encouraged to communicate directly with on-site staff. 

6. Code of Conduct. This event is designed to foster meaningful conversation and community connection. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward the host, featured guests, staff, and fellow attendees. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund. 

7. Age Restrictions. If alcohol is served, attendees must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages. Valid identification may be required. 

8. Privacy Notice. Any personal information collected for ticketing or communication purposes will be used solely by L. Bell Productions and will not be sold or shared with third parties.
